Broadland District Council wishes to establish a Food Innovation Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the delivery of specialist innovation support to SMEs in Norfolk and Suffolk participating in the Food Innovation project. The Dynamic Purchasing System will be made up of experts with knowledge, experience and skills to help eligible businesses within the food and drink sector to identify and fast track their growth aspirations.
