The work to be carried out comprises of replacement roof covering and associated work at Maidensbrisge Primary School, Kingswinford. This includes replacing the incoming mains cold water service.
The works will consist of removing the existing Tileform and felt roof coverings, Installation of new Kingspan composite trapezoidal panels, replacement soffits and fascia also the replacement of rainwater goods. The roof covering works will need to be completed in a six-week summer holiday for safety and due to the disruption to the school. No internal repairs are carried out as part of the project.
