Nottinghamshire County Council on behalf of Broxtowe Borough Council (the Council) require a single contractor to undertaken internal / external refurbishment works to domestic void properties prior to addition to the Broxtowe housing portfolio and rental by tenants.
⢠Works may be required to approx. 20 properties per year/
⢠The successful contractor would enter into a JCT Measured Terms contract with an initial term of 12 months with the option to extend by 2 x 12 months at the Council's discretion.
