Durham County Council (DCC) is looking into a potential procurement exercise to appoint a single contractor to Design & Build a new light industrial unit complex in Bishop Auckland. 28 single storey light industrial units on greenfield site, providing circa 45,000 sq. ft of industrial units.
As part of the Stronger Towns and UKSPIF Funding - DCC was awarded funding to provide an opportunity for small businesses & enterprises to take root within the area to make Bishop Auckland a springboard for growth. Bishop Auckland is a 21st Century bustling market town and service centre for the whole of Southwest Durham and gateway to the Durham Dales.
