The Tender is to establish a Framework Agreement] for the supply of In-Centre Dialysis and Home Haemodialysis Equipment, Consumables, Associated Products and Services ("Agreement"). The duration of the Agreement will be 4 years maximum; 4 years initial period with no option of extending the agreement.
The agreement will cover the provision of consumables and equipment for treatment of patients that dialyse at hospitals, renal satellite units or dialyse at home:
Dialysers and other consumables
Dialysis Fluids
In-centre Dialysis machines and equipment
Home Haemodialysis machines and consumables
Water Treatment
Therapy Costs
