To develop the design for a high quality mixed use residential led development on the site, in line with the LB Newham Site Allocation requirements, tailed to the requirements of L&Q (incl. Cost Plan, Technical Specifications and Employers Requirements) in accordance with RIBA Stages 0 - 3+.
