Barrow Borough Council are looking to contract with a supplier to provide the print elements of their Election and Electoral Registration services.
All stationery and materials provided shall be supplied in compliance with legislation, dates and times set out in the project plan.
Proofing is a key requirement for this contract, in order for us to check the typesetting. Proofs must be signed off by the Authority before printing. Live proofs shall be provided as required. When a proof has been approved by Barrow-in-Furness Borough Council this should be carried forward to the live stage with zero variations.
Prices must include all preliminary work, setting, and proofing. No additional charges will be applied for any amends/alterations required prior to the signing off of the proofs.
Printing or production should not proceed until approval has been received.
The Contract will be for a 2 year period with the option t extend for a further 2 years.
