Toilet/washroom refurbishments at 2 x primary schools

We are inviting quotations for the refurbishment of 6 WC/washroom facilities at 2 of our primary schools in the north west. Work include:

Farington Primary School

• Refurbishment of KS2 boys & girls WCs
• Light building work and refurbishment of disabled WC
• Refurbishment of staff WCs

Marus Bridge Primary School

• Refurbishment of disabled WC
• Refurbishment of staff WCs

We have subdivided the work into lots so contractors can bid for some or all works.

We are anticipating the works will take place during the summer holidays, starting late July.
