Procurement of an Internal and External Building Works Framework for (1) Multiple Building Elements, (2)Restricted Mobility Adaptations and (3) Decorations including Pre-Decoration Repairs

CHIC is establishing a national (England & Wales) framework of service providers who can provide internal and external building works covering (1) 'whole life' services to Multiple Building Elements including installation, replacement, refurbishment, improvement and repair, (2) installation, replacement, refurbishment, improvement and repair of Restricted Mobility Adaptations and (3) Decorations including Pre-Decoration Repairs. All current and future members of CHIC will have access to this framework as will the members of other consortia that join CHIC to access this and other frameworks.
