Provision of a Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) support Contract based in Cyprus and Gibraltar

The Authority requires a 'Technology Neutral' Professional Mobile Radio (PMR) Team, who can provide equipment and engineering support to Deployed PMR systems at the overseas locations detailed above, specifically essential engineering support:

• SQEP working day PMR helpdesk
• To include out of hours 24/7 on-call engineering support
• Maintain deployed PMR in Operational overseas locations
• Emergency (48hrs) deployment of staff overseas (Circa to flight/Hotel availability)
• Provide 2 Health Checks per year per area (1 each in Q1 2021)
• Provide 2 Encryption visits per year in Cyprus (1 in Q2 2021)
• Provide 3-4 line engineering support both in UK and overseas, to include the below standards;
• Motorola platinum partner that is certified to sell and support
• Motorola PMR/DMR Tier 3 and TETRA equipment
• TRBOnet partner
• Entel approved partner
• Savox partner
• Ability to offer/maintain any future required PMR equipment/service
