The United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) seeks Front End Engineering Design (FEED), Engineering. Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and conformity assessment services to develop airtight capsules to contain liquid lithium as the target for irradiation using accelerated charged particles at existing beamline facilities to enable testing of materials performance under irradiation while interface with liquid lithium. UKAEA refers these capsules as Liquid Lithium Beamline Targets (LLBTs).
