Service to provide individuals upon their release from prison with access to substance misuse treatment, accommodation, and employment and to support individuals serving community sentences through recovery-based initiatives. 1) Delivery of a recovery group specifically to women involved in or at risk of entering the criminal justice system (CJS) and delivery of one-to-one support for a small cohort of women where specialist support is essential. 2) Support the ongoing development of the recovery community, inclusive of all genders, as we know some individuals need variety and embrace recovery when it is provided by third sector organisations. The contract value is inclusive of initial term and extension periods. The contract was awarded to the most economically advantageous tender via an RFQ procedure, the award of which was approved in accordance with the Council's procedures.
