This Software supports the development of a world class culture of continuous improvement in safety HS&E and quality, through efficient and effective management of:

• HS&E including incident reporting
• Engagement with HS&E and the associated positive changes in behaviour
• Performance data through improved visibility and access
• Quality Management System (QMS) processes
• Audit operational audit process and actions management

To ensure continuity of service, this requirement is a direct award, with the current supplier, for 12 months to give the Agency enough time to relaunch the tender exercise.
