In urgent response to the Coronavirus pandemic a need for personal protective equipment such as face masks has been identified by Warrington Borough Council to deal with the public. The provision of the personal protective equipment is deemed to be of such urgency that application of the reduced timescales for urgent procurements set in the Public Contract Regulations 2015, especially given current market disruption.
