Cornwall Council Sub £1m Works Projects

This notice is to inform interested suppliers that in order to broaden our supplier base and maximise the use of Cornish and other local SMEs, Cornwall Council intend to start using Pagabo's DPS for works valued at £1m and below.

This will cover works procured by the council including works at schools (including a significant maintenance programme and potentially School expansions within this financial threshold), Council owned assets/offices and the public realm.

Until August 2022 the DPS will be used alongside our Minor Works Framework at which point it will the primary route to market for schemes of £1m and below.

Interested suppliers are asked to visit https://www.pagabo.co.uk/dps/suppliers for more information.

In order to apply for the DPS for Small Works, please complete the below steps.

• Register for the MyPagabo system (https://www.mypagabo.co.uk/)
• Once accepted log back in and select the 'Frameworks' tab on the left hand side
• Select the DPS for Small Works
• Select Apply now in the top right of the screen
• Complete the SQ process - please DO NOT click the 'already approved button' as this may delay your application.

Suppliers should also be aware that it will be made a condition of contract that ahead of start on site suppliers will be required to register with ACDC (www.acdcregister.co.uk), suppliers are not required to register in order to bid.
