This Prior Information Notice is for Accent to achieve Supplier interest.
Accent are looking to procure high quality Grounds Maintenance services that provides value for money for our customers for 2 neighbouring schemes based in the Ilkley West Yorkshire area. The specification will be output based with an agreed amount of frequency's.
Contract term will be 3 + 1 + 1, with extensions being subject to performance levels.
On the schemes there is a mix of grassed areas, hard standing, shrubbery and bushes. The customers on this scheme are 55 years of age and above.
Supplier Engagement Days will be held at a time and place still to be decided.
