Ipswich Borough Council is seeking to employ the services of a high-level gutter cleaning contractor for the cleaning of gutters to include fascias, soffits, open gullies or hoppers and rainwater pipes to several three and four storey residential buildings. The contractor will be required to test and provide evidence of the completed works.
Additional information:
IBC intends to enter into a 29-month fixed price contract that shall cover three autumnal cleaning cycles. Each cycle shall be undertaken between November and March for each of the following years, 2020/21, 2021/22 and 2022/23. The contract will therefore commence in November 2020 and end on 31 March 2023.
The works all lie within the Borough of Ipswich.
