The London Borough of Tower Hamlets and NHS Tower Hamlets Clinical Commissioning Group aims to commission a service to improve outcomes for individuals with mental health problems by supporting people into work, vocation, learning, social inclusion and personal development activities according to personal wellbeing goals.
