Refurbishment and upgrade of Vehicle Workshop Pit installations

The Works required are routine maintenance to the Vehicle Inspection Pits at a number of Fire Stations. The Works include replacing rotten timber sleepers (which cover the pits), cutting grooves into the sleepers, to increase ventilation, new paint finishes to the walls and floors, jet washing the pits to remove dirt and grime, to free the drainage/sumps within the pits and minor electrical Works as required.
