London Borough of Lambeth invite suitably qualified companies and organisations to submit a 2020 rate card quote for all requirements regarding the provision of Traffic Management Services for the Lambeth Country Show 2020.
The successful supplier will be required to undertake an agreed scope of works similar to that of Lambeth Country Show 2019 (Appendix 1 - LCS 2019 Staffing Levels), but must also be prepared that this scope may change and can be dependent on changes made by the event organisers at any stage leading up to the event.
Key 2020 dates:
BUILD: Saturday 11 - Friday 17 July
LIVE: Saturday 18 & Sunday 19 July
BREAK: Monday 20 - Thursday 23 July
It is expected that the successful supplier would have to attend at least two advance planning meetings with the Organisers and other relevant stakeholders, such as TfL, upon awarding of the contract.
The deadline to submit a quote is Friday 24 January @ 4pm.
