The Council is looking for external advice from an experienced team with regard to its tax position arising from development of its land known as South Oxford Science Village. Of the two other land owning partners, one has already opted to tax its land whilst the other has not but is also reviewing the situation. The requirement is to provide advice initially to enable the Council to consider whether or not it should opt to tax.
