Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (The Authorised Authority) requires a Supplier for provision of Winter Maintenance Services (The Service) , including, but not limited to salt spreading, services to the Authorised Authority's Locations/Premises.
The Supplier shall provide comprehensive Winter Maintenance Services, specifically appropriate snow clearance and/or gritting services (the Service), to the Authorised Authority's sites. This is to facilitate safe access for the Authorised Authority's staff, members of the public, patients and other 3rd parties to the Premises.
The Supplier and shall be responsible for ensuring the key objectives of the service are maintained, specifically:
Services may be required at new/additional Locations/Property during the Term (e.g. new site coming online following completion of a separate building project). Furthermore, the contract value has been calculated based on the average number of incidents of inclement/winter weather which may increase or decrease over the Term, therefore any values specified in this notice may increase in excess of 50% as a result of such a change.
The Term is 1 year with the option to extend for a further 4 years. This extension shall take the form of four 12 month incremental periods.
