CCC: Further Competition under Lot 1 Technology Products of the CCS Technology Products 2 for Desk based hardware for Cambridgeshire County Council's Library Service Public Access Refresh

CCC: Further Competition under Lot 1 Technology Products of the CCS Technology Products 2 for supply of goods in respect of the purchase of Desktop Hardware for the Refresh of Cambridgeshire County Council Library Service Public Access offering. Cambridgeshire County Council has awarded a capital fund for renewing the public access computers at its libraries sites which totals around 42 sites across the county.

This procurement will include the desk based equipment PC, monitor and peripherals including desk security solution. We are expecting a minimum purchase of up to 400 desktop PC's and with scope for extending the purchase to equip further desks if funds are available.

The hardware will be used to provide computer access and training to the general public in multiple library sites across the county.

It will be used for basic internet browsing, word processing and data base access for the libraries stocking system in addition to being able to deliver multimedia content and training. We require systems that portray the modern image of our library service.
