Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust, working in collaboration with Cambridgeshire and
Peterborough Foundation Trust ("the Trusts") established a Framework Agreement through the
Competitive Dialogue Process and awarded the Framework Agreement to a single provider for ICT
Services for use by UK public sector bodies which include NHS bodies and Local Authorities.
The Trusts had a need for an ICT Services Framework Agreement to deliver a range of services through a single provider as outlined below:
In addition to the creation of the framework Agreement the Trusts will seek to undertake individual call off contracts using the same process.
The framework is intended to be available for a number of public sector entities across England.
Through this procurement process the Trusts have established a Single Provider Framework Agreement for the provision of ICT Services identifying an ICT Services Provider able to provide the following*:
a. An ability to deliver a core ICT service along the following Service Lines as indicated below:
