This contract is for the provision of the National Staff and Patients Friends and Family Test Survey at the Great Western Hospital NHS Trust Swindon. Currently the surveys are communicated via several online and offline methodologies and this opportunity seeks to establish what innovation can be introduced to increase uptake over the duration of the contract period. This contract will be let on a 3+2 year basis.
