Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of catering services to STEAM Museum of the Great Western Railway Swindon

A single catering partner with a proven track record is required to operate and deliver high quality food and beverage services its three core business segments at STEAM Museum of the Great Western Railway Swindon

Current estimated turnover non exclusive STEAM catering is 280000 per annum potential growth up to 600000 per annum is demand led through the museum bookings

The initial contract term will be for 60 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months 2 periods of 12 months for a potential total contract term of 7 years as stated in the ITT documents Estimated contract spend is between 2000000 and 2200000 across the initial 5 year contract term and between 3000000 and 3400000 across the potential total 7 year contract term

To participate Suppliers will need to Register as a Supplier with ProContract then Register an Interest before obtaining access to the tender documents In the event of difficulties registering as a supplier please refer to the System Administrator Proactis support team

Tender clarifications to be submitted in writing via Messaging in ProContract tender portal by 23 June 2023 1200 hrs UK Local time The Councils responses to these clarification questions will be issued periodically on the ProContract tender portal

Tender Responses are required to be submitted no later than 3rd July 2023 1400 hrs UK Local time via ProContract tender portal

No Tender submissions will be considered without completing the tender documents in full including attachments and returning them in alignment with the instructions within the tender documents
