The Met Office is seeking to engage commercial real estate agency services in respect of the proposed disposal of the Met Office Exeter Science Park (ESP) complex.â¯â¯
This project is to deliver the disposal of the ESP complex within the terms of the Met Office 999-year leasehold interest.⯠The main limits of the leasehold are that the owner must have a Science and/or Research basis for their work, and that the ESP complex must be sold as a whole, meaning we cannot split the DC from the Office space.â¯
To help us manage this and achieve best Market Value, we will engage the services of a commercial property agent with data centre expertise.
