The Consultant shall deliver a detailed design for the Fowlea Brook, Elenora Street Flood Defence Scheme. The detailed design will form the scope for a future contract to deliver the works.
The Consultant shall ensure that the design is acceptable to the Client for approval of Gateway 3, determine if planning approval is required and obtain this and other associated approvals to enable works to commence where necessary. The design shall be acceptable to statutory and key stakeholders and shall ensure that the cost and quality of the construction work represents value for money and is affordable by the Client and within the agreed budget.
