Kirklees Council have agreed to develop a new traffic microsimulation model in VISSIM for the town. This project will build on previous model versions and utilise data from the Calderdale and Kirklees Strategic Transport Model available in the district, however additional data collection has been collected to bolster the robustness of the model.
