Leeds City College Boiler, Heating and Ventilation Appliance Term Maintenance Contract

Leeds City College Group ('the College') is seeking to appoint a supplier for upkeep and maintenance services for all boilers, heating and ventilation appliances across all required sites in the Leeds City College group. The work comprises planned and responsive maintenance services to monitor the performance of designated fittings and equipment to prevent avoidable failures; to conduct day to day repairs and replacements of defective mechanical or electrical elements and components; to provide prompt action to rectify failures causing unacceptable inconvenience or obstructions to standard business functions; and to provide immediate action to rectify failures which may cause a hazard to health, threat of injury or serious damage to properties or structures.

Tenders are invited from any reputable and suitably experienced supplier capable of meeting the College's requirements.
