Services required
⢠Work with production manager, creative team and artists to confirm design and specification of technical systems for the 7 events
⢠Produce detailed system specifications and drawings relating to the contract
⢠Provide lighting and sound equipment as agreed for all events
⢠Liaise with production manager and other contractors regarding required power supplies, structures etc
⢠Provide technicians to install, program and run all technical systems
⢠Supply detailed Risk assessments, method statements, associated H&S and environmental policy documents and evidence of staff competency associated with safe delivery where appropriate
⢠Provide transport for all equipment to and from site in central Newcastle and travel for all staff
