The scope of works relate to the annual Christmas lighting installations and associated works throughout the Borough of Rossendale this includes the maintenance , repair , test , installation , removal and storage of the Christmas lighting systems . The Christmas lighting is normally on sited on the highway however some systems are within parks, markets, or on public buildings. Please see full schedule of equipment on pricing schedule. Unless otherwise stated all lamps should be LED on a 24 volt system
