Scope of Works\r
Concrete repairs are required to a concrete culvert located beneath the carriageway on Epinal Way. \r
The proposed repair works will include the following tasks:\r
ââ¬Â¢ Design (including applications for all permits), setup, maintenance of Traffic Management\r
ââ¬Â¢ Removal of delaminated and deleterious concrete from the deck soffit.\r
ââ¬Â¢ Treatment/replacement of corroded reinforcement steels.\r
ââ¬Â¢ Installation of galvanic anode protection.\r
ââ¬Â¢ Application of a cementitious repair mortar.\r

Please note: The Contractor is to provide all works to deliver the scheme in its entirety.\r
All Dutyholders to fulfil their roles and responsibilities as defined in CDM Regulations 2015.\r
