Urgent Respite Care for Adults with Learning disabilities and/or autism. The service is a key part of the local transforming care pathway and will offer urgent respite when someone's normal care is at risk of breaking down. The service will support people with complex needs, including those whose behaviour will challenge the service. The service will provide care and support when someone's usual care and support is unexpectedly unavailable at short notice.
