Hastings Borough Council ('the Council') are working with East Sussex Highways to seek a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to deliver the Hastings wayfinding element of The Bexhill & Hastings Movement & Access Programme and to support the effective movement and flow of pedestrians through the town centre, old town, seafront and other key locations of Hastings.
