Leicestershire County Council invites Quotations for the provision of Educational Book Parcels for Children in Care to the Leicestershire Virtual School (also known as Education of Children in Care Services). The Virtual School for Leicestershire County Council (LCC) is required to track, monitor and record the educational achievement of all Children in Care to Leicestershire. The Virtual School is a specialist education service working with children and young people in care to promote high aspirations, provide access to and support engagement in high quality learning with a view to narrowing the achievement gaps for our children and young people.
