A Case Management system for the end to end management of all SAR, FOI requests, and Policy Mincoms cases with the ability to:

• automate the majority of administrative work through the use of online forms and email scraping
• store centralised guidance and letter templates to ensure cross-departmental consistency
• provide a live overview of all cases in progress to facilitate effective resource allocation
• set a retention period to ensure GDPR compliance within the system itself
• store data securely and be cost effective
• be agile to allow for any future legislative changes or changes to process
• produce ad hoc statistics to monitor performance
• facilitate ICO complaint handling
• allow SLA's to be achieved and pinpoint the reason they are not

It is anticipated that the requirement will be for approximately
