The purpose of this tender is to enable South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive (SYPTE) to award a Licence to a Licensee giving that Licensee the right to exploit certain assets that the SYPTE own/occupy i.e. Bus Shelters, Interchanges. SYPTE intends to enter into a Licence agreement with the successful bidder for a 10-year term with an option to break at the end of year 5 by either party. The successful bidder will have sole advertising rights on designated SYPTE sites, in addition to exploring advertising opportunities for larger advertising on land parcels.
