The Department of Health and Social Care and NHS England have made a commitment to consult the profession and the broader public regarding the future of the Quality and Outcomes Framework (QOF). To honour this commitment, we will soon be launching a public consultation on Incentives in Primary Care. Due to resource constraints, we are unable to resource the analysis of responses to the consultation in-house in time to form policy proposals for the 2025/26 contract year. The consultation contains mainly qualitative questions that need to be analysed.
