The Council's Communication team currently have a licence which permits the Council to undertake the following activities:
⢠Obtain ad-hoc copies of UK national and 5 regional newspapers in either paper of digital format
⢠Extract cuttings from newspaper websites
⢠Self-scan or access digital cuttings which are circulated to a distribution list of 20 recipients who receive circa 2 cuttings per 2 week period
⢠Each digital recipient can make a single copy of all cuttings received
This allows us to undertake for media monitoring and evaluation of SCC media relations work.
