West Midlands Combined Authority has commissioned Multimedia Ltd to provide an Artificial Intelligence tool, which will support the regional business advisory team who deliver front line, impartial advice and guidance to small and medium sized businesses and entrepreneurs to produce more detailed, standardised, and professionalised reports and action plans for client businesses.
Multimedia Ltd has been appointed after undertaking a further competition exercise (using an RFQ document) utilising WMCA's internal Procurement rules and regulations for below threshold opportunities. Multimedia will be utilising a ready made and proven AI Tool which was demonstrated in their proposal.
