Backlog clearance service for planning applications. For each application, the Consultant will: ⢠Review Planning Register online including application documents, correspondence, drawings, submitted evidence and consultation responses etc; ⢠Assess evidence; ⢠Liaise with Council case officers for queries as required; ⢠Ghost-write and return officer report; ⢠Provide decision recommendation; ⢠Submit report and recommendation to Council point-of-contact; ⢠Complete and return applications within two weeks
