University of Plymouth is looking to hear from organisations specialising in residential accommodation management for our site in Truro.
Main contractual responsibilities will include management and operation of 232 rooms, occupied by hospital key workers and university students in Truro. There are 7 blocks, divided into flat with mixture of en suite and shared facilities.
Services required include booking, allocation, licensing and collection of rent, management conduct, facilities management services including cleaning, security and building maintenance.
