Provision of diphtheria, tetanus, acellular pertussis, inactivated polio, Haemophilus influenzae type b, hepatitis B (DTaP/IPV/Hib/HepB) vaccine.
Delivery will be required over a period of two years with the option to extend for a period or periods up to an additional 24 months. The opportunity is not split into lots as the requirement is for a specific vaccine.
