Regular planned preventative maintenance visits to keep plant running reliably and efficiently.

Priorities in managing this system are:
1. The quality of water produced is critical to our process.
2. It is important that any breakdowns are fixed as quickly as possible.
3. We need breakdown support 24 hours per day / 7 days per week.
4. We need call-out support with 24 hours.
5. We require maximum reliability.
6. We prefer predictable maintenance costs to help with budgeting.
Additional information: The standard terms and conditions have been attached for your information, if you are unable to comply with our terms and conditions please do not bid for this contract. MPS standards terms will not be amended for contracts less than £50,000 in value.
