To undertake a high-level options appraisal/remedial review associated with the brick slips to the floor zones upon the external façade of the Library Building, City Campus at Northumbria University Newcastle. Please note that at this stage the University is looking for options only. Once the options appraisal has been completed a full tender process will be carried out when the Scope of Services and route to market has been determined.
