WCC - Cloud Based Work Collaboration & Project Management Tool

Warwickshire County Council (WCC) invite bids for a work collaboration and project management tool as part of a suite of services provided to the Change Programmes Service - Strategy, Planning & Governance. The solution must be delivered as a service, via the internet, through standard internet browsers.
