The Estates Recycling Programme is an infrastructure based project that focuses on improving waste and recycling infrastructure on estate based properties through the closure of chutes and provision of external bin stores. The London Borough of Hackney Council is now planning to roll these works out to a further 8 estates across the borough to help further improve the recycling rate on estates.
Hackney Council is seeking an experienced contractor with extensive specialist expertise in producing 2D CAD drawings for the purpose of detailing the proposed design and construction of external bin stores to support the delivery of the programme outlined above.
