The nature of the works comprises of the construction of an improved and focused pedestrian footpath to the front, construction of new parking spaces on the site, construction of a new pedestrian access to the opposite side of the site and general ground works to make safe/good the land. Replacement security gates and fencing are also proposed within the site.
