Formulation Centre has identified a need for the ability to measure gas and vapour permeability through thin films of materials such as plastics. The intention of this tender document is to set out and describe the basic requirements of a suitable instrument to satisfy the identified need. This Framework is to cover spare parts, consumables, servicing, and maintenance.
